I'm always next, and I always ask the exterminator why they don't let him him, and he just shrugs he doesn't know. So I can only imagine they're a bunch of cockroaches running the place. That's where this cartoon came from. My idea of who must live next door! (actually they're very sweet people next door -- I think they're afraid of the pesticide, because of all the little rugrats crawling around on all fours.)
